Workspaces not loading

Between 15:35 and 15:41 BST we had an issue with loading your workspaces. If you tried logging in during that time, you would have seen the "No healthy upstream" error.

This was a mistake on our end. It happened because our new server scheduling rules briefly excluded all workers. This meant your apps couldn't find a server to run on.

Thanks for your patience while we fixed this one—we will put process changes in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
